I don't own one but I'd say Sigmas Hollywood plus decoder, it's got svideo out and a hardsware mpeg2 decoder, I'm thinking about getting one for myself, and it's cheap a search on price watche showed up for 47 bucks. Not bad I think you still need another video card though, but hey buy a cheapy for 10 bucks
