This is true, But I was refering to the professional way that actual CAB's. are built!
I worked for a company that built wooden gaming machines(by that I mean gambling), But I have also owned 2 arcade cabs. and this is the FCC reg. on this type of thing!
Besides we all know electricity takes the shortest path!! Ie: Chassis Grnd.
