This was something i looked at forever with no finding. If there is one i still havent seen it in the 3 years now i've poked around for it. If you did infact find one, it would most likely be writen for a specific brand or model of monitor.
You may want to check Advancecab or the advancmame website "http://advancemame.arcadeheaven.com/" and look around or drop them an e-mail. good luck though, and if you do find it let me know.
