The shifter is usually mapped to buttons, you find information about amount of buttons on the “Buttons” tab in SortInfo. The same thing with players, look at the “Players” tab.

: The question really got two different answers... One is what games had what controls as an arcade game? The other one is how MAME maps those controls against the available input peripherals in the Allegro library (used by MAME)?

: Go to http://www.klov.com to find answers to the first question.

: Go to my homepage (link below) and download SortInfo, load it, select the “Input” tab and sort on “Control” to find answers to the second question.

: Racing games listed as “dial” and “trackball” is usually 360 optical. Racing games listed as “stick” and “paddle” is usually 270 pots.

: Good luck sorting / EmuMannen

: : What games can you play with two steering wheels?

: : What games require two steering wheels and shifters on one arcade screen and what games need a 4 gear shifter?

: : Thanks for the input!
