Neo-geo /arcade monitor problem !!!

hi, i use a arcade monitor hantarex MTC9000 with a Matrox Mystique Bios 1.8 and mame with -monitor arcade option !!
When i run a Neo-Geo games i have only the half of the picture displayed ???? if i run a arcade games (like nemesis or galaga ,etc....) all it's fine !!!
I try to change many resolution for example if i put 512x512 the size of picture is more small but i only have the half of this ????
Other question , when i put 640x480 resolution it not works with Matrox mystique , but with sis6326 it works ??
Normally the mystique i better !!!
Anybody have a idea for resolve my problem !!!
