Hey.. I thot I was the only person in the world with this great joystick, and I also use it with my PC via Direct Pad Pro. It's a great stick, and I also had the problem that the movement of the stick is too long, but you get used to it. However, if you find a way to make it tighter, I would also like to know. The buttons are not as good as microswitched buttons, but they seem resistant and very quick. In fact, this joystick is much more like recent joysticks in the arcades nowaday than joysticks from Happs and others. I prefer traditional joysticks, so I'm trying to find parts in Europe to build my own joystick. However, I think I will never get rid of my Namco Arcade Stick.
