Hi Andy, maybe you could suggest them to put the most (for us, mad enough, cabinet builders and collectors) useful parts on the web. I think about pushbuttons, joysticks, trackballs and maybe driving controls...

I love their products and it is really easy for us within EU to deal with them (no toll and lower shipping overhead compared to Happ in USA).

SUZO is just to great to _not_ be on the web!

: The UK operation will deal with anyone with a credit card. I asked them last time I was there (they are only about 2 miles from my house) if they minded small orders from overseas (ie one trackball) and they said no problem. There is the cost of shipping to consider though.
: They are not really into the Internet age with no on-line ordering or catalog. It must cost them a fortune to send out those large catalogs especially if someone is only going to order one trackball. I suppose fax is the best way to deal with them from outside the UK.
: I will have another go at them next time I'm down there and suggest they make better use of their web site!
: Actually they said that they were wondering why they were suddenly getting people ordering trackballs. They had no idea that non-amusement-trade people would ever want such things. I put them right on that one!

: : Suzo only seems to do business with known arcade vendors/manufacturers. Suzo here in the Netherlands anyway.

: : : It looks like the online ordering is unavailable. Do you need to order the catalog or call...whatup?
