Chicks..Its gotta be the how much woman loave arcade games...Oh thats right this isn't nirvana.
Tron...A game where YOU could actual play the movie...I remeber stepping into the enviorment Disk-o-Tron game...My White shirt glissening in the blacklight, Some where in the distance the DJ called "couples Only Skate" as Journey blared thru the skating rink speakers...
I Loved the arcade when you could get 6 tokens for a Buck and if you where up to the challenge your name would stay on your favorite machine all nite.
I remember memorizing Dragon's Lair, The EXPENSIVE game, I knew all the patterns and at the end I would get killed twice so I could beat the game on my last guy just to see the ending 3 times. People would always stand around when you played...
These games are just plain fun and this hobby well its Legalized Crack for adults...

: For me... I got hooked on arcade games in the late 70's/early 80's when I was just starting high school. For me it was Stargate and Tron. Over the years I wanted to buy a stargate machine a lot of times but never saw one. Then after I saw others building their cabinets I had to build one too.
