Wells-Gardner vs. Happ Monitors

I see a lot of people using either the Wells-Gardner 3000 or 3100 moitors rather then the Happ arcade style VGA monitors. The Happ monitor is cheaper, why aren't more people using it instead? Is there something wrong with it that I don't know about? Thanks in advance!
