I measured spacing of buttons on in arcade game in my mother-in-law's bar. Can't remember what the game was, I think it was something like '1942'. Anyway, the spacing between the buttons is 1 5/8 inches on center. The joystick is between 2 1/2 to 3 inches on center, (center of joystick in the center position to the center of the nearest button). Good Luck!
