First, take a look at your autoexec.bat file for a line something like:

SET BLASTER=A220 I5 D1 H5 P330 E620 T6

If you don't see a similar line (this one is for Soundblaster), reinstall the drivers.

But, it sounds like this is a DOS issue (i.e. sounds work in Windows). In this case, you'll need to run the ctcm.exe file so that DOS can apply the proper settings to your sound card. Just add the following to the autoexec.bat file:

c:/windows/ctcm.exe

Reboot and play!

: Problem is that using ArcadeOS w/ Callus on my arcade
