Yes you can, but first you must make an interface cable or box. You are correct in stating that the stick is digital and your port is analog. If you search on the internet you will find many many sites explaining hoe to do this interface. It doesnt appear to be too hard. If i remember right, just some resistors and a pinout conversion.
