I often see pics on Ebay. Do a scan for "ark*", "break*", and "spinn*" to catch most of them.
The Tempest game manual is on the web and in it is an exploded view of the Tempest spinner.

The Happs spinner seems to resemble the Arkanoid spinner most closely. It's even documented as an Arkanoid replacement.
