I had the same problem. After talking to Hagstrom's tech support, which is great by the way, I found out that it was a problem with an early version of the mouse microcontroller. Look on your card and you will see 2 large plug-in IC's the smaller one is the mouse microcontroller. Write down the numbers on it and also look for a colored paint dot in the corner. I believe the color (and maybe existance) of this paint dot designates the version. Give Hagstrom a call and tell them aboout it. They will probably send you a new IC. Hope this helps.

: Hello:

: I am using Flutra's Spinner, connected to a Hagstrom KE72T. When I use a game that has a spinner (Arkanoid), no matter how slowly I spin it, the player on the screen screen jumps 4 or 5 pixels at a time. It is not smooth whatsoever. I've tried a different type of spinner, and get the same results. Although, when I had a Happs trackball interface, it *was* smooth - connected to the same spinner.
: I've tried playing with the sensitivity settings in MAME, but I can't seem to get to move smoothly. I really would appreciate and help that anyone can give me. Thanks is advance! :)
