I think you are referring to the actual dimentions of the monitor? If you are, they are (if you are using the monitor vertically): 22"x24" (These are approximate, because the monitor is now mounted inside the cabinet and it was a little hard to get these dimentions)
The manual states that this monitor does 640x350, 640x400, and 640x480, but I am unable to get anything but 640x480. I am going to try AdvanceMame when Mame 37 final comes out and see what I get then.
