Which Trident card is better ?

Hey Everyone,
I was wondering if you guys could help me out by letting me know which card would be better for running on a arcade monitor ?

The Trident ProVidia 9685 8mb or Trident Blade 3D 4MB AGP.

And the Pro's COns of each card.
I know that blade 3d would probalbly better but The Trident ProVidia has S-Video out which leaves my options open for a TV?

Also Which one would run windows etc better ?
And Does the actual size of the video card effect the speed of mame ?
