: Does anyone know where I can find documents on tweaking MAME32 to get more speed. I was playing Stun Runner last night and I could only get 32fps even with frame skipping maxed out. I was thinking about dowloading a DOS version of mame but need a frontend that will support the Hotrod SE. Im running a PII 300 with 196 megs and a 4meg ATI All in Wonder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can do a few things to get Stun Runner to run faster, run the dos version of Mame, set frameskip to 0 or get a faster processor.
Arcade@Home can support the HotRod SE, just add -hotrodse to the Add. params box. If you do this one the Set up defaults screen then it will be for all games.
