You could buy a couple 15pin solder type D-subs and solder the wire yourself. Check out PartsExpress' Part#'s 090-565 and 090-560 (about $1 for both the connectors plus wire)

: I think what you are describing is a 15-pin Male to Female D-Subminiature connector cable. Digi-key has all kinds of this stuff. I couldn't get there PDF files to work on their web page, but you can find them under 'Connectors or Cable assemblies'(...about $20.)
