If the monitor worked before, and now your getting
"vertical stripes" and a messed up picture, sounds
more like a connection problem between the pc and
arcade monitor.Make sure vga cable connections
are correct(R,G,B,Ground and Sync.)If those are correct,
also check vertical and horizontal hold.Hope
