Anyone had problems dealing with arcadesticks.com?

I hate posting messages like this but I'm curious if anyone else has ever dealt with them or had problems dealing with them?

Seems I sent payment for some stuff from them almost a month ago and they say they sent it but I've never received it.

Now they're not ignoring every message I send them but they are not responding to a good chunk of them trying to give them information to help locate the package.

I don't want to start casting stones at a reputable dealer who I was just unfortunate with but I'd like to hear feedback from others as far as their successful (or lack of successful) dealings with them.
