Why not just cut the end off and figure out the wires with a multimeter and then resolder to a connector mounted on the outside of the cab? Wil this work for what you want to do?

I would like an extension cable that will connect to the gameport of the PC inside the cabinet. The other end needs to have removable mount screw terminals (much like a standard serial or parallel port), for mounting in a plate in the front pf the cabinet, so the joystick can be plugged in right in the front of the cab.

: I have gone through countless joystick extension cables, most are molded and the screw terminals are not removable. Is there a definite custom shop that will make these, or have any of you seen what I need in stores anywhere?

: Thanks.
