I know this doesn't help with your problem, but I have also had a horrible time getting any response from Hanaho. About a year or so ago when I initially ordered my joystick, I had some questions which were VERY promptly answered. Now I had some other questions (like if/when they were going to make a spinner attachment). I have sent the same e-mail three times in the last month and a half. No response to any of those e-mails.

: paying 200 bucks for a faulty joysick isn't my idea of fun, and hanaho's customer service is about as useful as a boat in the desert.
