I've got the same problem. The top 8-10 pixels "curl" for lack of a better word. Is there anyway around this? I tried adjusting the monitor but it doesn't make much difference.

I also think that the vector games (Tempest) looked better with the ATI card I was using but I'm going to manually try to adjust some of the resolutions to see if I can improve it a little.

I have set up mine like this:

ARCMON.SYS in config.sys (switch to arcade mode)
ArcadeOS (set to incabinet=1)
VsyncMame (for the Trident Blade3d)

I originally put Mon-Arc in the autoexec and than ran ArcadeOs at 640 x 480 but I didn't like the font size. It wouldn't run right at 320 x 200 if Mon-arc was loaded so I removed it.

You can, load MON-ARC, then run an MPG movie at 640 x 480, etc. then remove MON-ARC when done.

I wanted this to run the MAME intro video and that's how I did it.
