Monitor HELL!

When I originally got my NBA Hangtime cabinet it came with a U2000 (standard) resolution monitor. I then changed the chassis to a U5000 (standard/medium) from the same shop. With the U2000 chassis I could adjust the horizontal center and size and the picture was perfect. With the U5000 chassis in 15khz mode I cannot adjust the picture above the top quarter of the screen. When I do the lines start getting spaces in them and then the bottom gets very compressed. With it adjusted all the way out the center of the screen seems to have some overlap or something. 25khz mode is perfect though. I called Wells Gardner and they said I might need a different yoke. I took the monitor back to the shop where they found some components on the chassis that needed replaced and said the yoke I have is the right one. They tried it with two jamma boards and it seemed to be ok. When I got it home it was the same story. I know it’s not a software problem because the U2000 worked fine with the same setup. Do any of you have any idea of where I can go from here? I’d be willing to try anything to get this working 100% and I don’t want to go back to a U2000. Thanks for the help.
