My Blade3d finally arrived today. UPS sent it all over the east coast but it finally got here.

I have been using and ATI card (Xpert@Play 98) and I've been quite happy with the results. I'm using ArcadeOS as my frontend.

I got the PCI card because I don't have an AGP slot.
I installed it and added the BladeTSR program to my autoexec.bat. I reset ArcadeOS to let BladeTSR run the video.

It booted and runs at 640x480. I couldn't get it to work with regular MAME so I downloaded VsyncMame and it appears to run okay.

At this point I'm not sure VsyncMAME/Blade3d works any better than MAME/ATI. I haven't had a chance to play all the games yet. I'm still going to play around with it.

My next step is to get Windows to run with the Blade3D. I don't have any mouse buttons - just a trackball but I posted a link earlier so you can remap the left/right mouse buttons and also make it auto-click. I'll post any progress I make.
