Yes it is possable go into the drop down menu in
arcados and select the settings for Arcadeos there
is an option where you can turn on or off buttons 1, 2 and 3. So just turn off button 3. You can
also do the same thing by editing the arcadeos.cfg file.
On my cabinet I have them all turned off and just
enable the buttons on the times I need them.
