Have you tried the shift keys at a DOS prompt?
That would rule out MAME and Arcade OS.

: I have also noticed I problem with my I-PAC.
: At first, all the "shift" features worked - Player 1 Start w/ joystick down, up, left, right, etc.

: Now, the only one that works is Pause ( P1 start w/ joystick down). I have re-installed MAME and ArcadeOS, and updated to the latest versions, but it is still the same. I haven't modified any settings at all. It was working just fine, then the next time I tried to "Tab", nothing.

: It almost appears that all the shift features are locked out other than Pause. Maybe someone else has run into this?? Maybe it has nothing to do with the I-PAC??
