How to connect Super Joystick to use it in 8 way mode?

Hi,

I'm using a keyboard hack for now...
I'm trying to figure out how to do the wiring with
my Super Joystick in 8 way mode.

It doesn't seem simple to connect it correctly.. :-(

Can someone explain me the trick to use them?
