I do know that the Happs trackball (and the interfaces for it, such as the Happ interface or the Hagstrom KE72) are "active" and not "passive" devices, so if the Centiped trackball is also "active", then you're in business. Unfortunately, I don't know if the Centipede trackball is active or passive.
