: $40 or $50 that's a lot better than the WAY overpriced
: Hotrod at $180-$200.

Although I wouldnt buy a hot rod, (cause I built my own), they arnt really overpriced at all. All 2gether - the parts total for a dual stick w/ 6 buttons is pretty expensive:

2 Happ Joysticks = 20$ (roughyly)
12 Buttons = 24$
1 roll of wire = 5$
1 spool soldier = 2$ ?
2 barrier strips = 6$
1 Keyboard Encoder= 15$
1 Ribbon Cable = 5$ (i think?)
Wood = 10$
Hot Glue Sticks = 5$
Paint = 3$
plexiglass = 10$
---------------------------
$105.00
Arround this total, but add shipping and travel expences, and taxes...

Then theres the labor. My panel is huge, so it took 3 full days to build. Im sure its faster on an assembly w/ good tools... but still...
If you dont want to pay it, dont complain about it. Those guys are there to help the less fortunate (who have no mechanical ability, or no time or tools to build them). They do a very profession job... and even at what they charge, I dont think those guys are getting rich. (I could be wrong :) heheh)

It would be nice for a company to build a good arcade stick, and the powerramp was not bad... still, its not made of real Happ parts.

Unfortunatly for actlabs... making those controllers wasnt making them money. Probably everyone was buying the 10$ gamepads, or the super flightsticks... There arnt as many arcade gamers on the pc, as there are for consols.
