Hey, I've come up with an alternative to all of the washer gluing on the Twisty Grip website. Take apart a broken hard drive and use the center wheel! It's made of aluminum and has a flywheel built in. The one I used had a threaded hole on the top so I screwed a machine screw with a plastic sleeve around it to act as a post. Underneath the wheel is a hole (perfect size if you use the Twisty Grip suggested Belden Mouse) to place your light chopper in. I used the rest of the Twisty Grips instructions to build the rest.
I suggest your pick up one of the Belden mice simply for the fact that the circut board is the perfect size for this project...
