Keyboard to Mouse Button driver?

Does anyone know of a way to use keys instead of a mouse button?

I've searched the drivers here and elsewhere and I've found mouse button to keystrokes but not the other way around.

I'm getting one of the Trident Blade3D cards and I'd like to try windows on my arcade monitor. I have a trackball installed but I never put in buttons for the mouse keys. I could add them in but I was hoping I might be able to map one of the buttons (keystrokes) to be the mouse buttons.

Either that or I started drilling again.
