Hmm, that's tough. While we mostly talk about MAME here, I know quite a few people use console emus in their cabs. I use MESS myself, but I'm not sure if posting releases here would benefit anyone much because like you said most of us if not all already visit other emu sites. Just my thoughts.
: I almost posted about the new MAME37b9 release on the BYOAC news page, but then I thought... This site isn't really an emu site; it's an arcade hardware site with emulation as an (important) afterthought. And I'm sure everyone already has a favorite emu news site they read anyway. No point in being redundant.
: So - should I post about major emu releases in the news? MAME betas? Only versions of MAME or other emus that work with special features for arcade cabs, like Advance MAME & VSyncMAME etc.?
