Jamma cabinet and 6 buttons through jamma harness ?

Hi,

I am looking to make a control panel with 6 buttons per player and preserving the jamma harness. What would be the best possible way knowing that I own some jamma PCB using 5 or 6 buttons and a Neo-Geo MVS system...
