Need Help With Motherboards for Arcades

Hey Everyone,
I REALLY need some help putting together the computer for my mame cab.
I know a fair bt about computers so with most things im okay.
But I really Need help with choosing my motherboard.
Heres What I plan on getting for my computer.

AMD Duron 700Mhz
128 SDRAM
ATI Rage Fury Pro 32mb or ATI Xpert 2000/98 8mb ( Im going to run it on a tv)
I-Pac Interface.

So what would be the best motherboard to get ?
Also if it could be one that powers up when you hit spacebar it would be very cool !

Also what is the best soundcard to run mame in Dos , and Mame in Windows ?
