Win95 win't shutdown after Arcadeos has been run

Anyone have this problem. I've been setting up my Mame box for a while now and I've had 3 different win95 installations. The first had this problem,the second, no, and now YES again. If I boot up and start Arcadeos in dos window, play one game, shut it off, and try to shut down it hangs. What's going on? Can I fix something in the registry or is there some setting I have conflicting with something else...? Help? Thanks, John
