Well Internet explorer asks for chinese text plugin so my guess is it's a chinese site. Cabinet looks nice btw.
: i found it in arcade@home, some guy made a MAMEcabinet,he's using the arcade monitor, parallel psx joysticks for control system, the cabinet runs MAME,Raine,Callus and other DOS emulators. the cabinet seems pretty good
