: For my marquee, I drew the whole thing up first and then was able to have it printed off on a single sheet on an HP plotter (you know, the big kind used for blueprints and such). A print shop like Kinko's would probably be able to do this for ya. I'm probably going to check this week at my local Kinko's to see what they charge, so if you want, I can report the price here.

: Your other option would be to print it yourself (or on a "normal" printer) on multiple sheets of paper and then piece them together. It's not the most elegent solution, but it'll work.

: To actually mount it on the cabinet, I just "sandwiched" my printout between two sheets of plexiglass and mounted it with an ordinary florescent light behind it. For my current cab, I'm going to be using Happ's Marquee holder (http://www.happcontrols.com/amusement/acesor/49100000.htm).
