I have one of the PSX trackballs, not the best trackball in the world but better than most PC types. There's probably no easy way to just plug it into a PC. I think it's possible to hack a PC mouse to it and even a Happ trackball PCB and encoder wheel might be possible.
: I saw the trackball add that someone left about 5 messages down, and it hooks up to the psx imput. For one, do psx trackballs work via analog, rather then digital?! and second can MAME track the analog input?!
