The Goat Store knows the true meaning of JAMMA :)

: Used in real arcade machines, the context of saying something like "For sale, Double Dragon PCB, JAMMA", the PCB (as was mentioned, printed circuit board) is the main board of the unit with all the game guts on it. Literally, the PCB is just the actual fiberglass circuit board itself with the copper circuit tracks on it, regardless of if it has any parts on it yet or not.
: JAMMA, as was mentioned, is a standardized arcade interface scheme to allow easy swapping of compliant arcade boards between cabinets so that arcades can easily get "new" games without replacing the whole unit. You would typically buy a Jamma board and it would come with any unique things needed, including the cabinet artwork, monitor bezel, marquee, and any special hardware like rotary joysticks. Then you just plug the board straight into any ohter existing JAMMA cabinet, change the artwork, and it's a new game. I used to watch them do this in convenience stores 15 years ago. One day I went in to play Commando and they were turning it into 1942, so I played that instead. They were in cocktail cabinets. In case you don't know what that means either, it's like those sit down games where the players are on opposite ends of the table and the screen flips between turns so the other guy can see it not-upsidedown.

: JAMMA stands for Japanese Amusement Machine Manufacturers Association
