Speaking of trackballs and bowling balls... If anyone goes to San Francisco, stop by the Metreon downtown and play Hyperbowling if you get a chance. The control is a bowling ball hooked up like a trackball with a large projection screen as the display device. The machine can play several games, but we were playing one where you are bowling through the streets of San Francisco, dodging cable cars and things, and then trying to knock down the pins. You can easily break a sweat playing the game. If anybody knows of a place to play it in the Chicago area, let me know.
