Medium resolution monitor and Tekken

I know that Tekken only support a standard resolution monitor, but is there some kind of converter I can buy so that Tekken will work using a 24khz monitor?
Also, if I have a dual resolution monitor (15khz/24khz) in a cabinet, how can I play standard and medium resolution games in that cabinet using the dual resolution monitor?
