Try turning the screen pot (on the flyback transformer) up,
This will increase the brightness of the screen and
the chances are you'll see the output from your PC
and consoles.
PC/Consoles have a lower PTP signal output than arcade boards,
and ,depending on how the monitor is setup, this can result in
just a black screen when you plug the things in
