Hi, i've been offered a 21" rgb workstation monitor with compatible vga card for 300 bucks Australian.. is this essentially the same as an arcade monitor? it goes up to 1024x768 and is great for windows apps (apparently..) i'm building my own mame cabinet and trying to decide which approach to take with the video side of things, the cabinet is an old TMNT which originally housed a 25" monitor.. anyone tried using one of these workstation monitors for there cab?
