interface is almost like that by itself, but you

: Ok, here's lazy old me again. I am looking for, a program that uses a GUI and simple tools to write visual basic programs, and then outputs code for compiling or compiles or whatever.
: I'd like to try to experiment with a Front end-loading program for Emulators/PC programs, but Don't know a stitch of Programming. I know there are Programming aides where you can design by placing icons, selecting from choices etc, and generates code automatically, I just don't know if one exists for VB or which they are.
