Sure! It starts off talking about how the games of yesteryear can be played on your pc, using MAME and others, but playing on a keyboard is not as much fun as using real controls like the arcades. The author goes through the highlights of his own project, a dual joystick controller using a ke18. He mentions the ke24 and how using usb can be a plus for multi-platform controls. He also gives an overview of how a hacked keyboard can be used to save some $ over a purchased interface. The sidebar includes url's to here, AAH, Fultra, I-Pac, hagstrom, wico etc. This is not a step by step tutorial like here, but an overview with pictures of the authors work. It is a very positive article, and ROM legality is discussed as well. Very nice work I think, although a step by step article would have been awesome.
Dunno if you can mention what publication the december article is in, but sure would like to know so I can be on the lookout!

: : The cover story in the october 2000 issue of Nuts and Volts has a story on building your own arcade controls. They talk about mame, mess, raine and impact, utilized a ke-18 and also tell about using a keyboard hack. Our friend saint's site is mentioned as well as I-pac, and fultra is in there too! Check out the link below, I gotta go read this isssue... :)
