Possible cheap arcade quality alternative to Happ trackball

I posted once already, but it didn't generate much interest. Basicaly I've got a stack of PSX interfacing trackballs, the actual balls are 2.25" or so, and the ball/mechnical parts are very faithfull to the weight/size/smoothness of the old centipede units. Had them before I ever planned to make controls, but I realised it would be possible to interface them with a PC and they may well just be the perfect 'cheap hack' alternative, for mounting in control panels.

I'll take some good photos of the unit, the electronics, the mechanical parts etc and post them.

I would sell them for something like $20-$30 each probably, or maybe less if you need to spend that again just to interface it - hopefully not :-)
