I take it that the 'PC' versions are configured & ready with 15-pin connector for just what it says - PC use just like any joystick you could get at Walmart. The other models I assume have no interfacing as they were made for arcade machines.
I used those grip assemblies to build my Star Wars yoke - they work great! They come with the triggers, springs, microswitches & screws, pretty much just what's shown in the pic, but you gotta come up with the rest of it.
