Video Card with TV out that works in DOS mode...

Hey everyone. I was pointed to you all for this question as you apparently have the same need as I do. I need a PCI or ISA video card that has a NTSC TV out that is operational in DOS mode for my in-car mp3 player...

Can you please give me a list of possible cards that I could use?

Also, this part is probably not part of your requirements but it also needs to be fairly efficient as far as electricity usage is concerned. I only have so many watts of juice to go around between an in dash LCD and the hard drive and the processor. The ATI all in wonder PCI 4 Meg card takes too much.
