Question about Happ's site - PC versions of joysticks?

on happcontrols.com, the analog joysticks have 2 part numbers, the 2nd one being the 'PC Version' - it's always more expensive.
What is the 'PC Version'?

Also, I noticed the 'Grip Assemblies', listed as replacement parts for STUN Runner & Spy Hunter II. What else would you need besides these grip assemblies to build a STUN Runner - type of controller?
